This project shows an existing board upgraded to a modern distribution board with individual protective devices, surge protection, clear circuit schedules and warning labels.
Board upgrades need careful identification of existing circuits, safe isolation, suitable protective devices and testing on completion. Clear labelling also helps future inspection, maintenance and fault finding.
